  1. Security Deposit: The security deposit paid while signing up as a vendor is non-refundable. This deposit is a security measure to ensure that our vendors meet the required standards and maintain their accounts in good standing. Therefore, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  1. Refunds for Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our platform, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund is necessary.
  1. Refunds for Disputed Transactions: If you believe that a transaction was made in error, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will investigate the transaction and determine if a refund is necessary.
  1. Refunds for Service Outages: If our platform experiences a service outage that prevents you from using our services for an extended period, we will consider issuing a refund for the days you were unable to use our services.
  1. Completed Bookings: If you have paid and completed the booking as a user, we do not refund in such cases. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer support team at [email protected], and we will review your case.

If any vendor wants to quit from Aerbabe, they’ll get their pending amount with in 5-7 working days to their original payment method after deduction of payment gateway charges by legal payment method (If vendor’s wallet have some due amount).

Please note that refunds are issued at our discretion and are subject to review. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the refund request is not valid after 24 hours of purchase made or if the request is made outside of the specified refund period.
